About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Teacher to lead our early childhood education program. The Head Teacher will guide curriculum planning, mentor staff, and create an engaging learning environment for young children. -Oversee the development and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum. -Lead and mentor teaching staff to ensure best practices in the classroom. -Communicate with parents about their child's progress and development. -Ensure that all classroom activities are in compliance with licensing regulations. -Monitor and assess the overall progress of the children. *This is not an exhaustive list of job requirements. Other duties may be required as a function of this role.
Base Salary/Wage: $22- $30/ hr, based on experience and qualifications

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
NYS Teaching Certification (Birth-Grade 2 preferred)
3+ years of experience in an early childhood classroom
Strong leadership and classroom management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
